The dairy tradition in Bergamo countryside is still strong and deeply rooted, the first people who began this ancient production were Romans. During one of our journeys throughout Italian delicacies, in Fornovo San Giovanni, we found Caseificio Taddei, a small dairy farm run by Taddei family.
