Marzolino Rosso



It is a cacio produced with pure whole sheep's milk (blended with cow?s milk from August to November) in Maremma Grossetana, using milk obtained only from Sardinian sheep and from sheep from Massa and Ragusa provinces. This sheep are reared following ancient tradition, in wide pastures where they feed on with hay, forage and aromatic herbs.
