The labelling of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Reggio Emilia includes three categories: Bright Orange Label, Silver Label and Golden Label, in an ascending order of quality, evaluated by the regulatory Consortium of Producers of the Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena.
