Long Spaghetti are delicious. The length of each piece is about 1 metre, U-shaped because of the drying process which is made, like in the past, over wood boards. The traditional bronze dies endow the Spaghetti with the necessary porosity and rough-textured surface and make them an ideal match for the sauces and condiments which will be absorbed when served.
