One year of age and three generations of history - such is the cv of this pasta produced by Azienda Agricola Mancini of Monte San Pietrangeli in Marche, on the borders between Ascoli Piceno and Macerata. The location of the factory is of prime importance: golden fields of grain have been a constant feature of these gently rolling hills.
