These fine examples are selected only from artichokes picked at the start of spring; they are then hand trimmed, seasoned with local aromatic herbs from the Murge area, and sealed in jars filled with local extra virgin olive oil. A veritable little vegetable symphony you can indulge in at all hours of the day.
